Day 1 Welcoming day
Arrive in Ulaanbaatar the capital city of Mongolia. Transfer to hotel. Afternoon we will have a tour briefing and short presentation about Mongolia. Evening enjoy traditional art performance and Welcome dinner. Stay overnight in the hotel. LD
Day 2 Train journey to Noyon community
Morning train journey to the north of Ulaanbaatar for 160km. Move to the community living place. Stay overnight in Ger camp run by the local community. BLD
Day 3 Excursion to Mountain Noyon
A special excursion to sacred Mountain Noyon, is a very famous by many interesting findings of tombs related to ancient Khunnu people. Stay overnight in Ger camp run by the local community. BLD
Day 4 Visit Botanic garden
Today we will have a great opportunity to enjoy a Botanic garden with 30 thousand growing trees of 32 different types, planted by local people. Stay overnight in Ger camp. BLD
Day 5 Amarbayasgalant monastery
Travel to Amarbayasgalant monastery for 270km. Stay overnight in Ger camp run by the local community. BLD
Day 6 Visit Amarbayasgalant
Morning we will visit to the monastery and meet with lamas, attend ceremony. Stay overnight in the Ger camp run by the local community. BLD
Day 7 Exploring around
Day trek through valley and neighboring mountain hills for 15-16km. Stay overnight in the Ger camp run by the local community. BLD
Day 8 Travel to Bulgan
Travel to Bulgan town via Erdenet, the copper mining city for 185km. Stay overnight in Ger camp. BLD
Day 9 Travel to Gurvanbulag community
Travel for 180km to Gurvanbulag area in Bulgan province. During your stay you will be served Mongolian meals/dishes as well as you have chances to practice in the cooking of those. Stay overnight in the Ger camp run by the local community. BLD
Day 10 Share with nomads
Start your day with nomadic breakfast. Everyday's close communication with nomads will make you more familiar with their nature loved unique lifestyle. Stay overnight in the Ger camp run by the local community. BLD
Day 11 Learn horse based culture
Morning you can have an opportunity to see how skillful horseman catch horses by "uurga" – a traditional wooden lasso. Enjoy horseriding along the wide open valley. Afternoon you can involve in the process to tie hobble and halter for a horse by leather strap. Stay overnight in the Ger camp run by the local community. BLD
Day 12 The Mongol Ger
Day to learn traditions and mysteries of nomads' felt made dwelling-Ger. Everybody will get up in the morning and involve to dismantle the Ger. Then we will move to another place where good pasture is. You will experience to erect your Ger up and learn customs, symbols and nomad science based on Mongolian Ger. Visit "Nomad Library", a project intended to help countryside children for better education. Stay overnight in the Ger camp run by the local community. BLD
Day 13 Visit Khustai
Travel to Khustai National Park for 180km. Travel to Ulaanbaatar for 100km. Farewell dinner. Stay overnight in the hotel. BLD
Day 14 Departure
After breakfast at the hotel transfer to airport for departure. B
Included: All activities described in the itinerary, twin/double basis hotel accommodation 2 nights) in Ulaanbaatar, tourist Ger camp stay (2 nights) and Community Ger stay (9 nights) in countryside, English speaking guide service, entrance fees to Protected Areas, all transfers by bus and transportation by 4WD Russian mini van in the countryside. Meals of breakfast, lunch /picnic during the trekking in countryside/ and dinner as mentioned per day itinerary.
