Day 1 Travel to Onon river
Pick up at your hotel and travel to Onon river (250kms by paved road out of 430kms ride). The Onon river rises on the northern slope of the Khentii Khan Mountain Range and flows 800kms on Mongolian territories and flows into Shilka river, one of biggest rivers in Eurasia. Late in the evening we will pitch our camp near Onon river and fishing there. Stay overnight in tent. LD

Day 2 Travel to Balj river & fly fishing
After breakfast, we will continue our travel to fishing spot in Balj, a river flows into Onon river. Enjoy half day of fly fishing in the pool of Galttai. Stay overnight in tent. BLD

Day 3-4 Full day fly fishing

Full two days we will fly fishing in the Balj River through several best spots and pools. A typical fly fishing day begins with breakfast at 8am. Then we will begin the fly fishing and it starts from 10am to 7pm. According to the water and individual interests, you can fish either from the river bank or wading in the stream. Catching your fishes and releasing. Stay overnights in tent. BLD

Day 5 Move to fishing spot in Onon

Today we will move to Onon river where other exciting spots of fly fishing. Half day fly fishing in the beautiful pool which is abundant with Taimen and Lenok. Stay overnight in tent. BLD

Days 6-7 Fishing days in Onon river
Fly fishing for 2 full days in the spots of Onon river. In the evenings we sit by the fire place and listen to the stories, and tell stories about biggest fishes and truly fishing adventures. Stay overnights in tent. BLD

Day 8 Travel to Kherlen river camp
Travel to Kherlen river. Stay and relax at Ger camp, located by riverside. Half day fly fishing in the Kherlen river. Stay overnight in Ger camp. BLD

Day 9 Fly fishing day in Kherlen river
Fishing in Kherlen river. Afternoon we will visit nomadic family. You can ride Mongolian horse and take pictures. In the evening for dinner you will enjoy traditional meal "Khorkhog", truly Mongolian barbeque! Stay overnight in Ger camp. BLD

Day 10 Drive back to Ulaanbaatar
Travel back to Ulaanbaatar. Arrive in Ulaanbaatar and transfer to your hotel. End of the service. B

Included: All activities described in the itinerary, Ger camp stay (2 nights) and tent stay (7 nights) in countryside, English speaking guide service, flyfishing specialist guides and field cook, all camping equipments, entrance fees to Protected Areas and sightseeing cost, all transfers by 4WD Russian minivan in the countryside. Meals of breakfast, lunch /picnic during the fishing/ and dinner as mentioned per day itinerary.
Excluded: International transportation to and from Mongolia, travel insurance, hotel stay in Ulaanbaatar, mineral (bottled) water and alcoholic drinks, sleeping bag, tips and gratuities, laundry and items of a personal nature.
