Day 1 Flight to Dalanzadgad & travel to Yol valley
Transfer to airport and take a flight to Umnugobi /South Gobi/ province by domestic airline. It takes one and half hours. On arrival at the domestic airport of Gobi you will meet drivers and transfer to Ger camp. After lunch you will start a day travel to Yoliin Am, located 40kms from the Ger camp. The valley is over 10kms long and due to the magnificent high cliff walls some parts are completely shaded from the sun. We will walk along this picturesque valley, nestled between the beautiful peaks of the Gurvan Saikhan Mountain and be exploring the rich wildlife of the area. Travel back to Ger camp and overnight stay. LD


Day 2 Travel to Khongor Sand dunes

Travel for 180kms to Khongor sand dune, is famous sand dune in Mongolia with its singing sound by wind. By reaching the area we will enjoy golden sand dunes. Move to Ger camp and have rest. Stay overnight in Ger camp. BLD


Day 3 Start camel riding trekc

Morning we will direct to starting point of our camel riding trip. Upon arrival in the area, our local camelman, specialist guide and trail finder will welcome and greet us. You will be invited to his Ger to taste nomadic drinks and dairy products. Followed by brief instruction for riding Mongolian two humped Bactrian camel you will get acquainted with the camels and tacks. We will load all our luggage, food and equipments on camels back since we don't use any vehicle support during the trek. Then our warm up ride will start to Golden dunes. You will enjoy amazing formations and landscape on the way, while riding through golden dunes until reaching our camping spot near to Seruun Bulag, a mineral spring on the edge of sand dunes where we can see green area of the Gobi desert. This day ride covers around 10-12kms and takes around 3-4hours. Stay overnight in tent. BLD


Day 4 Camel riding to Taliin Tsunkheg

Today's ride will take about 5-6hours for 20-25kms to our next camping spot at Taliin Tsunkheg through Tsonjiin Khotgor, where we can explore other mysterious parts of the Gobi. In the evening you are invited to take part in a preparation of dinner and can have a chance to learn how to make a Mongolian dish. Stay overnight in tent. BLD


Day 5 Camel riding to Balar Tsonj

We continue our camel riding to Balar Tsonj, a site of an extensive saxaul forest. You will enjoy completely green forest of saxaul trees which are grown in hard condition with dry climate. Walk in the forest and refresh in cool air while exploring beauties of the Gobi. Stay overnight in tent. BLD


Day 6 Camel riding to Kharaikhiin Bor Guvee

This day ride will continue through wide open valley for 5-6hours. We will reach the area called Kharaikhiin Bor Guvee, a small hill. Visit local nomads and taste their nutritious dairy products made at home by camel cows' milk. You can talk with people and learn about their culture. Stay overnight in tent nearby nomadic family. BLD


Day 7 Camel trek to Khotol Bulagcamel

Travelling on the camels back for 4-5 hours through Zagiin Khooloi, another beautiful formation of the Gobi where we can have a panoramic view over magnificent Mountain Sevrei and amazing sand mountain Khongor. Stay overnight in tent. BLD

Day 8 Last riding day

In the last riding day of our camel trek we will direct to Ger camp for a half day. We will cross Uujim Khooloi, where a scrap of sand dunes is. The main road to and from sand dunes is along there. Arrival in the Ger camp and have refreshment. Stay overnight in the Ger camp. BLD


Day 9 Travel to Bayanzag

Travel to Bayanzag, the saksaul forest and sand dunes which are nearby. Bayanzag is an area of red cliffs, which have been formed from the erosion of the sand and rock over many thousands of years. It is the famous place where the dinosaurs lived 70 million years ago, and is internationally known for its dinosaur remains: complete skeletons, eggs and hatchlings of the Cretaceous Period. Continue drive to tourist Ger camp near to Dalanzadgad city. Stay overnight in the Ger camp. BLD


Day 10 Ulaanbaatar

Early morning drive to local airport and flight back to Ulaanbaatar. Arrive in Ulaanbaatar and transfer to your hotel. End of the service. B


Included: All activities described in the itinerary, Ger camp stay (4night) and tent stay (5 nights) in countryside, English speaking guide service, local camel specialist and field cook, packing and riding camels, all camping equipments, entrance fee to Protected Area and sightseeing fees, RT domestic flight, all transfers by 4WD Russian minivan in the countryside. Meals of breakfast, lunch /picnic during the camel riding in countryside/ and dinner as mentioned per day itinerary.
Excluded: International transportation to and from Mongolia, travel insurance, hotel stay in Ulaanbaatar, mineral (bottled) water and alcoholic drinks, sleeping bag, tips and gratuities, laundry and items of a personal nature.
